Farmer's Market Set from Learning Resources

One of my favorite attributes for buying toys is that they have to have some sort of educational value to them. I can't stand when Mary's room is so full of toys that she has no interest in anymore because they're just "played out". But good educational toys can never get played out because you can use them to learn new things everyday. And that's what I love about the Farmer's Market set from Learning Resources. It comes with 5 baskets that you label the colors with and then you can have you kids sort out the fruits and veggies any way you want.

I've had Mary use this many times in homeschool so it never gets old or even boring! She loves switching things up a little bit with all kinds of different variations so it's a great learning activity for kids.
