My Husband's Parenting Tips #HuggiesLatino

Usually when I give advice or even post on this site, it's always my own thoughts and ideas. Well, today you're going to get a fresh look at parenting tips from my husband because Huggies wants his ideas on how to deal with daily stresses and messes so here they are!

Parenting Tips Straight from my Hubby's Mouth
"Having small children always makes sweet memories, but it also creates a lot of stress, especially for dads. We're always making sure that we can provide for our families and that for me is a huge stress factor. Sometimes life can throw you a curve ball and things don't go your way, but you always have to tough it out for your family. Parenting itself can be a challenge too when you don't have family around to help. My wife and I are alone in the fact of raising Mary so it's be extra difficult. We have no family around us at all, but we've been able to bond closer together because of it. Just think, no crazy relatives around! I think one of my parenting tips would have to be to make sure and talk things over with your spouse before doing something. When kids get older, they always try to play mom and dad, and Mary's already starting that. Make sure you're both on the same page so you can stand your ground. As the kids get older, the problems become more difficult. Something I wish I knew when Mary was first born was that I can't do it all. I need my wife to be by my side and her opinions count and matter too. No one taught me anything about being a dad, I learned it as I went so I've made mistakes, we all have. But there's one thing I know for sure which is to cling to your family every chance you get."
