Other than it being a beautiful piece of craftsmanship, it's a fun toy for kids young and old! Mary's five years old and since she takes music classes, she loves collecting instruments. Even though this technically isn't a real playing xylophone because the keys are wooden, Mary still loves it. And it really helps with hand eye coordination which Mary sometimes still lacks.
Overall I'm very impressed with Plan Toys because their toys are great quality and they're fun!
